I have been asked a lot lately about this 31 Day Raw Food Experiment that I am doing and what I typically eat for breakfast.

So here it is:

Breakfast Cereal

1 cup       Raw Oats
2 Tbsp    Quinoa
1tbsp       flax seeds crushed
1 tbsp      Chia Seeds
1/8 cup  Raisins
1/4 cup  Dried currents
1/4 cup  Bran
1/4 cup  Dried Coconut
1/8 cup  Cranberries
1/8 cup  Pumpkin Seeds
1              Chopped banana
1/4 cup  Organic Maple Syrup
1/2 cup  Water
